Peruvian alpaca is a natural, technical fiber with remarkable thermal properties - allowing air circulation on warm days (prevents sweating), and heat insulation on cool days (contains heat). "Baby" alpaca refers to the very first sheer of a newer alpaca, resulting in a supremely soft fleece. As such, it's very special fleece as baby alpaca fibre is harvested just once in the alpaca's life.

These socks are washed in aloe vera to soothe the feet and prevent sweating, odour, and bacteria. As a bonus, alpaca is one of the Earth's most sustainable fibers to make, because alpacas and alpaca fiber harvesting have a very low environmental impact.
