Shipping policy

**All online orders are processed and shipped out within 24 hours**

Shipping times are estimates only

1-2 business days within Ontario & Quebec

3-4 business days to MB & SK

4-5 business days to AB, BC, NB, NL, NS, PEI

For online store purchases, we have 3 delivery options + in-store pickup:

1. FREE shipping/delivery when you spend $99 or more within Ontario and Quebec.

2. Local, next-day courier delivery available within the city of Toronto (M postal codes only). A flat-rate fee of $5 applies. 

3. Flat rate shipping available across Canada. $15 flat rate across Canada. Shipping to Northern provinces is available for $20 (This rate has temporarily increased to $30 while Canada Post is on strike)

If delivery fails due to incorrect address information the customer provided at checkout, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for any additional costs incurred to re-ship the order.

If you wish to exchange items that were shipped to you, you are responsible for any shipping fees incurred to return the items to us. Once your items have been received and inspected, a credit for the value of your returned items will be emailed to you so you may purchase other items in exchange.

*FREE In-store pickup at our Toronto Junction location at 2364 Bloor Street West during business hours. 

Note - Local Pickup option may not be available when using Express Checkout, including Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal.

*Purchases of our Healthy Moms Discount Card will be sent with free shipping and should arrive within 2-5 business days. While you wait for your card to arrive, you will be able to access all membership features and benefits through our mobile app. Instructions will be emailed to you shortly after placing your order.
